About Me
Geni began her career in 2007 and achieved multi-million dollar producer her first year in the real estate industry. She continues to be a consistent multi-million dollar producer. Geni is the owner of Arthur Agency LLC., which provided Customer Service Seminars to retail based businesses as a consultant and was the owner publisher of A Woman's View publication for 5 years. Due to her success in building the audience, the West Virginia SBA awarded her the Woman's Business Champion in 2007. As the publication grew she made a personal business decision to sell and devote herself to full time real estate sales. She enjoys the repeat business from the years of building positive professional relationships with satisfied client's and referrals.
Geni has volunteered giving back to her community. She has served on several volunteer Boards of Directors,. She has been very active at the Parkersburg Art Center serving on the board for thirteen years. She has served on the Mid-Ohio Valley Tourism Board of Directors, working to market the geographic area of the Mid-Ohio Valley and surrounding areas. Geni has been active on Realtor related
committees and served as Chairperson of the Realtor Community Service Committee, for 4 years and has served on the local Realtor Board of Directors. She worked with the committee to plan events to benefit organizations in need within the community and planned several Live Auctions with all the proceeds benefitting people in need for the Holidays te one auction generated more funds that any other fundraising event the Realtor community had achieved. In 2016 she was named Realtor of the Year by the local real estate board. In 2022 Geni i volunteered her time and participated in the Habitat for Humanity-Women's Build, home project.
