Gage is a lifelong Charlotte resident who spent most of his free time growing up fantasizing about living in one of the many beautiful homes on Lake Norman. He spent 3 years in high school working at the Peninsula Yacht Club as a dockhand developing skillful time management, outstanding customer service skills, and ultimate organization.
After graduating at Hough Highschool in 2019, Gage moved to Wilmington where his fascination for real estate and investing grew before he decided to make the move back to Charlotte in 2021 to pursue a full-time career in real estate.
Outside of real estate, Gage still loves to spend his time boating, jet skiing and wakeboarding out on Lake Norman in the summer and he is always checking to see when the next big event is that he and his friends can attend in downtown Charlotte.
