Over the last 14 years working in the South Florida real estate market, I have focused on sellers and buyers and have successfully navigated various market conditions, adapting to changes in inventory, pricing, and buyer and seller preferences while achieving significant results for my clients. (I’m a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.) Of course, the South Florida real estate market is constantly evolving, so it’s important that I stay up to date with market trends, guidelines and regulations to properly advise my clients. This is why I have recently been recertified as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and become a member of the National Association of Default Professionals (NADP).
