Faycal Bennouna Zhar
Associate
Originally from Casablanca, Morocco, I moved to the United States in 1997 to pursue my education, eventually earning a degree in Pharmacy. After nearly two decades serving the South Miami community as a trusted pharmacist, I followed a longtime passion and made a rewarding transition into real estate. Now, as a dedicated realtor based in Miami, I bring the same care, integrity, and attention to detail that defined my healthcare career. My deep roots in the community and strong interpersonal skills allow me to guide clients with empathy and insight—whether they’re buying their first home, selling a property, or simply exploring their options. I’m passionate about helping people make informed, confident decisions in one of life’s most important moments. Backed by local knowledge, a keen eye for design, and a commitment to service, I’m here to make your real estate journey seamless, rewarding, and even a little fun.
