Erika's passion for real estate stems from her love of people and working hard to ensure their home buying or selling goals are met! A central Iowa native, Erika has a passion for the simple life and joys of living on her hobby farm with her engineer husband and all their farm critters. After eight years in executive leadership in central Iowa, Erika shifted gears and now applies her strategic mindset, local connections, and dedicated work ethic to all her clients. Asking lots of questions is her trademark, which helps her capture your vision, and in turn assists in navigating your real estate journey.
