Originally from Upstate New York, Erica has considered North Carolina home since childhood. After graduating from Riverside High School in Durham and attending the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, she began building a career rooted in service, leadership, and community. Erica discovered her passion for real estate while working in title insurance, gaining a strong foundation in contracts and closings. She later worked in nonprofit fundraising with the American Cancer Society, sharpening her relationship-building skills and deepening her commitment to advocacy. Since earning her real estate license in 2015 and relocating to Goldsboro, Erica has managed a wide range of residential, investment, and property management transactions. Her career has progressed from Coldwell Banker HPW to Flagship Realty Group, where she became a business partner in the Real Estate Division. In 2025, she focused on new construction with Goldsboro Real Estate Company. In 2026, she joined RE/MAX Complete as Broker in Charge, where she mentors agents and leads with a collaborative, growth-driven approach. Erica was honored as the 2025 REALTOR® of the Year by the Goldsboro–Wayne County Association of REALTORS®. She has served as Board President, Board of Directors member, Legislative and RPAC Committee member, and Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Her leadership extends into the broader community, including service on the Board of Directors and as Board President of Wayne Montessori School, involvement with the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce WISE Committee, and statewide advocacy through NC REALTORS®, where she serves on the Economic Development Committee and as Region 3 RPAC Trustee. Erica is passionate about strengthening both the real estate profession and the community she proudly calls home.
