HI, I'm Erica Embree, your home girl with REMAX Elite Realty in Richmond, KY. I grew up between Estill and Madison County Kentucky. As a child we raised tobacco and cattle before my dad fell into construction and general handy man work specializing in residential and commercial properties. His expertise has helped me have a unique eye when listing and selling and has helped me to hone in on the "bones and guts" as I call them of every property I see. I love representing and protecting first time home buyers, those looking to downsize or upsize and every client in between during their purchase or selling process, I love promoting and marketing for my sellers finding the root of what makes their property extra special. Rural areas have a special place in my heart and no price range is too small or too big. I will work equally as fierce for every client regardless of their situation. Real estate to me is about providing the most seamless experience possible to my clients from our first point of contact, to the closing table and beyond. Let's connect!
