I have been in the real estate industry for almost 2 decades and have been graced with amazing clients. I have had the privilege of helping so many different buyer, seller, and developer clients at all price points. The core of my business is always the client; how can I help them get exactly what they want? Sometimes there is a process for the client to develop their own understanding of what they really want too. Delivering intended outcomes for each client requires listening, due diligence, transparency, tenacity, relevance, and experience. There are no magic pills - mostly listening and hard work.
I love technology, marketing, and efficiencies – but value real face-to-face human connection. I think it is needed more than ever. When you can smell the interior of the home from a web gallery, I might reconsider. But for now – I plan on being personally engaged at every step to deliver on our promises.
Outside of real estate (as if there were such a thing), I am a husband, dad, ski coach, avid photographer, & dog lover. I am always up for an adventure and find some of my greatest times being offline & off-grid with my friends and family.
