Hi there! Emily Plane, happy to be of service! I am a licensed Real Estate Broker serving the Willamette Valley, specializing in the Eugene/Springfield area. That also includes the surrounding areas such as Coburg, Marcola, Pleasant Hill and Elmira/Veneta.
I was born and raised in Nashville, TN. After high school, I took a leap of faith and moved across the country to Eugene, Oregon. I immediately fell in love with all the things this area has to offer from the coast to the mountains, the wineries, the food, and to the friends you meet sitting out on a patio on a mild summer night. I love connecting with people like this from all walks of life and helping people anyway I can. So I naturally spent the next 20+ years in customer service in some sort of capacity, from hospitality, to retail sales, to every single aspect of managing a business. This background serves me well when it's time to talk tactics, navigate through negotiating deals, and managing all the moving parts of the real estate transaction.
I would be happy to walk you through the process of explaining how it all works, preparing you for what's next, and taking the stress away of the unknowns.
