As a resident of San Jose, California, since the late 1970s, I have witnessed the transformation from orchards to today’s amazing Silicon Valley. Silicon Valley—home to industry giants such as Adobe, Apple, eBay, Google, Netflix, and PayPal—is a highly desirable place to live and work. This is evident in our community's diversity and consistently strong property values. Self-employed since 2004, I opened Elva’s Coffee Stop in Willow Glen. Elva's was voted, "Best of Willow Glen," in numerous categories several times by the community and featured in local newspapers. Through the coffee shop, we were proud to host many charitable events: we fundraised for little league, the Avon Breast Cancer Walk, "Coffee & Cookies for our Troops," and annual turkey drives, supporting numerous local causes. I am passionate about our community needs and continue to be an active member. As Broker Associate and Loan Officer, I strive to help my clients navigate the nuances of the selling and buying processes. I provide up-to-date, data-driven information and strategic, experienced guidance to help them achieve their individual real estate goals. Accomplishments & Certifications: I have received numerous real estate awards in 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. I have accomplished multiple certifications and designations, including: Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) At Home With Diversity (AHWD) Short Sales and Foreclosures: What Real Estate Professionals Need to Know (SFR) As a goal-oriented, experienced, trustworthy, and dedicated professional, I make it my mission to ensure every purchase and sale is as smooth and seamless as possible. Homeownership offers more than just stability and security for our families. Historically, it has proven to be an effective way to create generational wealth and build equity. That equity can then help send the family to college, remodel the home, fund dream family vacations, or acquire additional property. Sincerely, Elva Acevedo
