As a sixth-generation REALTOR®, I grew up understanding that success in this business is built on relationships, service, and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals. Today, I serve as CEO and Broker/Owner of REMAX Boone Realty, where my greatest passion is helping real estate professionals build successful and rewarding careers. While I have been fortunate to serve in leadership roles across our industry, including as President of the National Association of REALTORS®, I find the most fulfillment in mentoring agents and helping them reach new levels of success. I believe agents deserve a brokerage that invests in their future. That means providing exceptional training, innovative technology, meaningful coaching, and a culture that encourages both personal and professional growth.
