REALTOR, USMC Veteran
As a Marine Corps veteran REALTOR®, I go above and beyond the call of duty for my clients. I stage ALL of my sellers' listings for FREE!? That's right. No gimmicks. No tricks. 100% free home staging. I cover the entire tri-county area (Counties of Charleston, Dorchester & Berkeley), plus outlying counties around Lake Marion, so I know the market from end to end. With every closing, I pay the adoption fee for a "harder to adopt" dog or cat at our local Pet Helpers shelter. Additionally, as a Miracle Agent, a portion of my commission from each sale goes to the Children's Miracle Network, locally supporting MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital. I'm a top sponsor for Toys for Tots & I contribute to other local veteran charities. I'm the 1st Vice Commander at my local American Legion & a member of the Marine Corps League, Fleet Reserve & Lowcountry Leathernecks. Giving back to my community is one of the many rewards of being a top agent in Charleston! My home on Folly Beach is now a full time vacation rental, so I split my time between my home in Charleston (Mount Pleasant) & Lake Marion in the Santee area. I have 2 teenagers (so please keep sending me those referrals!), 4 dogs, cats & birds. Having grown up without much myself, I've taught my children the importance of the privilege to give back, as I always say, to vets, pets & kids!
