Eliany Rivera
Associate
Every move represents a new chapter, and Eliany Rivera is committed to helping families navigate those transitions with confidence. Whether buying a first home, making room for a growing family, downsizing, or investing for the future, she believes real estate is about more than buying and selling property—it’s about helping people achieve their goals and create the life they envision. While earning her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Florida Atlantic University, Eliany began her real estate career as a Transaction Coordinator for two top-producing REALTORS®, each closing more than $20 million in annual sales. Working behind the scenes on high-volume transactions, she developed a deep understanding of contracts, negotiations, timelines, and the attention to detail required to deliver a successful transaction. What started as an opportunity soon became a calling. Her Economics degree gave her a strong foundation in market analysis, pricing strategy, and negotiation. Eliany is passionate about helping families navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to doing what’s right. She believes every client deserves honest guidance, exceptional communication, and an advocate who will work tirelessly to help them achieve their real estate goals. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to making every client feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. Outside of real estate, Eliany enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, serving at her church, volunteering in her community, staying active through fitness, skiing, and exploring local restaurants. Those experiences continue to shape her appreciation for family, community, and the lifestyle that makes a house truly feel like home.
