As a life-long Bucks County Resident & a Realtor Since 1996, I have all the experience you could ever need to assist you in a smooth home buying & home selling process. My senior year at Pennsbury High School, in 1995, I got hired as an Assistant to a top-producing Realtor in Yardley & LOVED IT. I earned my license right after I turned 18 & at the time was the youngest licensed Realtor in PA! Since then, I've helped hundreds of buyers, sellers, tenants & landlords get the results they expected with their homes & office spaces. I have a team of reputable vendors & contacts I've established throughout the years including painters, flooring installers, lenders, title companies, lawyers, wood destroying insect specialist, electricians, etc. Also, I am a licensed Notary & always complete documents for my clients without an extra fee. I also never charge my clients any type of transaction or conveyancing fee, as I treat your expenses like my own.
