About Me
Ed has been in sales for many years, he started Stauffer’s Seafood in 1981 and grew his business for 25 years. Ed has been selling Real Estate since 2006 and is very successful year after year. Ed strives to gain as much knowledge as he can in the business. He is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and has taken many other courses in the business. Ed works with his investors to find them great deals and first time home buyers to get them started with their dream home. His past clients and Lawyers look for Ed’s advice and send him many referrals. Ed also has flipped many homes over the years and has great knowledge in this process and is well connected with good contractors, plumbers, electricians, and HVAC people.
Ed has 2 sons and 3 grandchildren. He likes to go to baseball and football games in Philly, ride his mountain bike on different trails in the area and stay in shape in the gym. Ed is an excellent cook and has catered many parties when he had the seafood business. He can also make sushi and teach sushi classes. He is also in-charge of the kitchen ministry at the West Lawn UMC. Ed has a big heart and gives back to many different charities and cooks at the Hope Rescue Mission and Opportunity House.
Ed made the 100% club his first years selling 23 homes and since has made the Platinum Club in 2016,2017,2018,2020,2021 has the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award, and in 2020 earned the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award . Ed has been in the Pennsylvania/Delaware Region top 25 agents many times in the past years.
