About Me

OUR MOST IMPORTANT GOAL IS BEING THE BEST REALTORS YOU HAVE EVER WORKED WITH... We offer our clients over 100 years of real estate knowledge and experience. We pride ourselves in unparalleled negotiating skills, problem solving ability and professional marketing that only highly experienced agents can bring to the table. This translates to a successful, seamless and mistake free transaction. RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement RE/MAX Hall of Fame Platinum - 13 Years Meet YOUR Team: Roxana Fernandez (my wife with the team 7 years), Betty Springer (with our team 26 years), Tony Licari (with our team 24 years) and Deborah Franza-Cowart (with our team 20 years). Our combined experience is over 100 years! We only care about DOING RIGHT BY YOU! Ed's Bio and qualifications: The skills I acquired in the Navy and my corporate positions have led me to a very successful 32-year real estate career. Native S. Floridian. While attending the University of Miami, I stopped by a display of a Navy jet. After taking several tests, I received an appointment to Naval Flight School. I put my education on hold, to take advantage of a once in the lifetime opportunity. A year and a half later, I received a commission as a Naval Officer and earned my Wings of Gold as a Naval Aviator. I was assigned to Attack Squadron 15 aboard the USS Forrestal. As a collateral duty, I managed and led the Aircraft Division comprised of five departments and 40 personnel. I ended my active-duty service as a lieutenant with 225 carrier landings and 1500 flight hours. I resumed my education, under the GI Bill, at Florida State University. Graduating with a 3.9 out of a possible 4.0 GPA, my first job was Assistant Director of Advertising with Food Fair / Pantry Pride. Subsequently, my advertising career led me to Director of Advertising and Sales Promotion for SuperValu Stores, Jewel-Osco and AutoZone. I left my corporate life to pursue a new path in real estate and be my own boss and the master of my destiny.
