Having been in the real estate business 45+ years and a 3rd generation Realtor, I have seen a lot of changes. I believe that service and personal caring are still desired by the public and i enjoy providing same to all my customers. In order to not be a flash in the pan you need to garner repeat and referral business and i have been successful in doing that. You can only survive if you have satisfied customers. I provide the personal touches you require. Any one can get a license to sell real estate. That doesn't mean they have the knowledge and experiance to sell real estate!
