I have over 20 years of years of expertise in the residential housing market, largely on the Greater Eastside, but have often served clients in locale well beyond the Eastside. I’ve been a proud member of RE/MAX Eastside for all 20 years & so appreciate the experience, knowledge, expertise & creativity that comes with being an independent agent part of this progressive organization. I serve equally Buyers & Sellers & have assembled an amazing team that will coach, guide & support all clients through the entire life-cycle processes for buying & selling a home.
In addition to standard residential homes, I also have a wholesome background in luxury & waterfront homes. Growing up & building on Hood Canal, I became familiar with waterfront & all the various nuances & considerations that one must know about waterfront real estate.
As a side note, I have a Mechanical Engineering degree & have been a technical leader in the aviation industry for over 38 years. I'm a master at leading problem-solving teams, organization, & leadership development. I also have hands-on experience in most all home building trades, so I'm very familiar with sound construction & can identify material defects.
