About Me

I really tried to retire to The Villages and play golf. But, after several years of trying, I found my golf game needed too much work and I missed making a difference in peoples’ lives as I had in my previous career. Therefore, ten years ago, I gave up on golf and became a realtor with Foxfire Realty (now RE/MAX Foxfire) in The Villages! It has been a very busy and exciting ten years since then. I first joined the “Million Dollar Club” and now, for the past nine years, I have been a multimillion-dollar producer. I have also earned my real estate GRI certification and senior (SRES) certifications. This experience and training have simply prepared me to better meet your present real estate needs.

Making a positive difference has been my calling throughout my 30+ year-long career in education as a school principal, curriculum director, guidance counselor, and teacher in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. My many years in education helped me to hone valuable skills including strong communication and organization, problem solving, and the art of negotiation.

What excites me about real estate is working to help people achieve their goals and dreams. By matching the right buyer with that unique home and piece of property that meets their ideal in terms of price point, location, and layout, or by marketing and pricing a home so it sells in a timely fashion, I have aided people in moving on with their lives and living their dreams.

At this time of my life, I find it very important to give back as a way of thanking God for the many blessings I have enjoyed, therefore I donate a portion of each sale to a charity, (usually an animal shelter).

I am a strong communicator and one way I use this skill is to keep in touch with my current clients and past clients through e-mail, mailings, and telephone. I love to continue to be a resource and a friend long after the closing.
