About Me
I'm a thirty-some year long resident of Centre County, born and raised. I attended Park Forest Elementary and Middle School then State High while working on horse farms and racing motocross during the Summer. I continued my education at South Hills School of Business and Technology, majoring in business management and marketing while working in land development/residential construction. Before graduating I took an opportunity to work as an intern at one of the biggest property management firms in State College at the time, Continental Real Estate Management, Inc.
That internship led to a 9-year employment where I immediately fell in love with the fast pace, high risk high reward game of property management and real estate. Using my experiences I enjoyed being a Realtor® that could find a "win win win" situation among owner, landlord and tenant. Continental Real Estate grew to be the largest property management firm in State College and in 2019 I resigned as the Leasing and Marketing Manager for another property management opportunity that quickly led to me returning to my roots in 2020 and starting my own contracting company, Drip Woodwrx and Restoration, LLC, specializing in exterior restoration and custom carpentry builds.
Using my experience in land development, construction and property management I also plan to serve my community as a knowledgeable Real Estate Professional. Keeping the "win win win" for all parties included, my clients receive my 100% effort and can be sure when referring me to others that they will receive the same care.
Since my career requires me to be outdoors rain or shine my hobbies can relate. I'm an avid outdoorsman, creator, artist, Muay Thai boxing coach, lover of family, friends, music, art and motorcycles.
