I am a full-time professional educating buyers and sellers on current market conditions in Southwest Missouri, including the communities of Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic and beyond so that they can make sound economic decisions - especially now, when the market is so competitive. Buying a home is a large purchase that is most rewarding if made with both your mind and your heart. I listen to my client's needs and wants so that they will love the house they find. I ask them to think out loud when viewing a home so that I will start looking for a home through their eyes. Thanks to great friends and satisfied clients, 99% of my business was from past clients, and referrals from clients and other agents. in 2025. I love what I do!
