About Me

Everyone's first question is why "Doc"? My degree is in Music Education and after retiring from decades of leading top level music programs and ensembles, I am thrilled to follow my mother's lead and serve people as a master real estate agent. I have discovered that she was spot on that any competent agent can execute the essential paperwork. But, negotiating great deals and helping clients through a range of emotions during their transition is the most rewarding part of serving as a realtor.

After many deals, I have confirmed in my mind and my happy clients responses that running a successful closing and thorough preparation requires a similar skill set to managing and directing an outstanding music concert. Multiple people gather at a table (or sometimes on a screen, these days) with individual talents all working together to achieve a common goal in a fluid situation that includes finances, organization, detailed preparation, emotions, possibly some egos among other potential obstacles. My closings have been very well prepared, executed efficiently, and almost always leave both sides thrilled with the result!
