About Me

I was born & raised in Johnstown and I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2006. I'm a Bishop McCort graduate and I'm a Veteran of the US Air Force.

During my career I've worked almost exclusively with Sellers & in 2021, after 15 years in the real estate business, I made the transition to RE/MAX POWER Associates to form The Don Colvin Group. My wife, Erin Colvin, and I work as Designated Listing Agents & Jeff Nider & Cory Pollagi Overdorff are Designated Buyer Agents.

We have a combined real estate sales experience 0f 57 years. We service both Buyers and Sellers with Erin & I working as Designated Listing Agents along with Jeff & Cory working as Designated Buyer Agents. Our #1 priority is to give all of our clients RESULTS THEY DESERVE! We strive to educate all of our clients on the current market conditions and the process of buying or selling. We work as hard as possible to make sure that our clients are well-informed & feel confident that we can be trusted to get the job done!

I was inducted into the prestigious RE/MAX® Hall of Fame in 2016 & won the RE/MAX 100% Club Award from 2006-2020. In 2021 The Don Colvin Group was awarded the Platinum Club Team Award. 2022 & 2023 The Don Colvin Group was awarded the Chairman's Club award. 2022 & 2023The Don Colvin Group was awarded the #1 Team in PA for Donations to the Children's Miracle Network.
