- Donald Chapman
Don brings a lifetime of local knowledge and years of community service to help buyers and sellers across Southeastern CT achieve their real estate goals. Living in the Pleasure Beach community for the last 45 years, Don has deep local roots where he currently resides with his wife, two sons and dog. I have served in many roles in the Local Fire Department for over 45 years, last serving as Fire Chief. I took pride in serving the community and helping people. I make those commitments to my clients from the time we meet to the time you move into your home and long after. Once a client, always a friend.
