Celebrating Over 30 Years in Real Estate! Born in Peru and raised in San Francisco’s Sunset District, I’ve proudly called Contra Costa County home since 1988. I studied at San Francisco State University and the University of Madrid, Spain, and I speak Spanish fluently. I earned my real estate license in 1990 and became a licensed broker in 1993. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes—always with care, dedication, and results. If you're thinking about buying or selling—or simply want to discuss your options—please don’t hesitate to reach out. As your listing agent, I bring you a proven marketing strategy backed by decades of experience, all focused on getting you top dollar for your home. As your buyer’s agent, I work tirelessly to help you find the right home and negotiate the best possible deal. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the joy that comes from a successful sale or the purchase of a lifetime!
