When I first began my career, seller financing was the only way to sell a home. Interest rates had reached 18%. The Fed Discount Rate was 23%. Now, in today's real estate world, I can create a purchase and sale agreement on my I-Phone, send it to my clients, have them sign it electronically, (only if they want to work that way), and then have the agreement forwarded automatically to the other broker. I have tried to always do business at a high level. As a Broker/Owner, a Branch Manager, or as a top listing and selling broker. I have integrated the latest technology tools and skills required in this new market into my business. At this point in my career, I work only with the portfolio of clients I've developed over the years. I accept new clients on a referral basis. But... I am never too busy for your referrals!
