About Me

"Achieving Excellence Through Service To Others", is my personal mission statement. My career spans over 4 decades. When I began my career, seller financing was the only way to sell a home because interest rates had reached @ 18%. Now, in today's real estate world, I can create a purchase agreement on my I-Phone, send it to my clients and have them sign the agreement electronically, (only if they want to work that way), and then have it forwarded automatically to the other broker or agent. I have always done business at at a high level, as a Broker/Owner, a Branch Manager, and as a top listing and selling broker. I have tried to integrate into my business the latest technology tools and skills required in this new market. I have learned to embrace the changes in the industry. There is no growth without discomfort. But when there's discomfort, well, that's a sign of growth in my world view. Currently, I work only with my personal portfolio of clients which I've developed over the years. I accept new clients on a referral basis. But... I'm never too busy for your referral. My goal and my commitment is to help my clients grow personal wealth through the buying and selling of real estate. Today more than ever, clients need consulting to gain clarity in their personal real estate situations. I combine my expert advise with specific recommends, providing several alternative courses of action available for them evaluate, always seeking a successful winning strategy.
