A BIT ABOUT ME: I was born and raised in the Yakima Valley and received my B.A. Degree from Washington State University. I began my real estate career in 2004, and I’m blessed to still call this career “my favorite fear”. It was very scary, but has been so rewarding in many ways. In short-I'M LIVING THE DREAM! I enjoy meeting people, getting to know them, and what their real estate wants/needs are, may be and celebrating their successful closing! Yakima is amazing and in recent years, my service area has also extended to the Tri-Cities. I am a woman of faith, and I adore my family- I’m proud to be the youngest daughter of Eliseo and Rosa Juarez of Yakima. Sports was always a big part of my family dynamic. That transistioned into having several of us participate and eventually coach in the area at the same time. I'm also incredibly blessed to have an amazing husband-the love of my life, who with my son, and daughter (and her husband) make everyday beautiful. MY EXPERIENCE: I was with the CBA Yakima Sun Kings-starting in sales and concluding my tenure as the General Manager. I've been involved with the Sports Commission events, and worked at United Way in a large market where I was responsible for all corporate events, overall revenue development and strategic direction of the organization. Those experiences elevated my skills in effective communication, negotiation, contracts, and relationship building. MY PROMISE TO MY CLIENTS: To stay in constant contact with you throughout your home buying/selling journey and return phone calls asap! To stay on top of current market conditions and share out how that may affect your purchase and/or sale To provide you the best advice to get your home sold for top dollar in the shortest amount of time or craft the best offer to get the home of your dreams!! I'M IN THE BUSINESS, DOING BUSINESS-AND I'M AN EXPERT IN THE BUSINESS! I can't wait to be of service to you!
