With a strong background in finance and hands-on real estate experience, I bring a well-rounded and strategic approach to helping clients navigate the Buffalo real estate market. I began investing in real estate in 2021 and have since built a portfolio of multi-family properties across the Greater Buffalo area. My focus on value-add investing and deep familiarity with the BRRRR method have given me extensive experience in property renovations, project oversight, and maximizing investment returns. Licensed as a real estate agent since 2023, I work with both new and seasoned investors, as well as homebuyers and sellers looking for an agent who understands the numbers and the bigger picture. I earned my degree in Finance from the University at Buffalo and have worked professionally as a product manager in the insure-tech and fintech industries. Most recently, I’ve worked with a hard money lender, gaining valuable insight into the lending process from the inside out—knowledge that I now use to help clients structure deals with confidence.
