He knew he would like to retire from police work so he began buying and fixing up properties for a profit. In 1997,he received his real estate license and continued developing his knowledge in real estate. He officially retired in 2007 and relocated to Blue Ridge,Georgia where he began to pursue his dream of selling mountain homes.
