About Me
Denise Gonzales has worked as a licensed real estate broker since 2014 but before she delved into the industry she managed a dental practice for 32 years. Denise likes to go above and beyond for her clients and says she’s “all in” in every client interaction. She specializes in Yakima, Terrace Heights, Selah, Zillah, East Valley and West Valley regions.
Denise loves working directly with people and finding them the home of their dreams. She also loves beautiful architecture and often finds just as much pleasure viewing homes as her clients do. She enjoys working with first time buyers, military and relocation clients as well as families that are downsizing. Her properties range from mobile homes to larger homes with farms or vineyards.
To give back to her community, Denise volunteers and contributes time and money to the, the Memorial Foundation, Children’s Village, YWCA of Yakima and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Denise and her husband enjoy traveling the world and she also loves to flip houses, fixing them up for resale. Denise is also a certified yoga instructor and enjoys spending time with her five children and eight grandchildren.
