Meet Denise Gonzales – Your Dedicated Yakima Valley Realtor With over a decade of experience as a licensed real estate broker and a strong foundation in client service, Denise Gonzales brings a unique blend of professionalism, heart, and local expertise to every transaction. Since 2014, she has been helping clients navigate the real estate market with confidence and care—but her commitment to service began long before that. Prior to entering real estate, Denise managed a successful dental practice for 32 years. That experience taught her the importance of trust, communication, and going the extra mile—values she carries into every client relationship today. Known for being “all in” with every client, Denise prides herself on exceeding expectations and delivering results with integrity and enthusiasm. Denise specializes in Yakima County and surrounding areas including Yakima, Terrace Heights, Selah, Gleed, Naches, Zillah, East Valley, and West Valley. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, military families, relocation clients, or those looking to downsize, she is passionate about helping people find the perfect place to call home. From mobile homes to expansive estates with farms or vineyards, Denise brings deep knowledge of the local market and a true love for architecture and design. In fact, she often finds just as much joy touring homes as her clients do. A strong believer in giving back, Denise actively supports her community through volunteering and charitable contributions to organizations such as The Memorial Foundation, Children’s Village, YWCA of Yakima, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. When she's not assisting clients, Denise enjoys traveling the world with her husband, flipping houses, and spending quality time with her five children and eight grandchildren. Whether you’re buying your first home or looking for your next investment, Denise Gonzales is ready to go “all in” for you.
