I became a licensed realtor in 1987 and have found it to be the most rewarding experience one can have. I meet people from every walk of life, all wanting a place to either call home or ready to move out of their existing home for a sometimes-new adventure, some are experiencing extreme life changes, some exciting, some not. When people ask me, "how will I know it's the right one" my response is always the same...."You will feel it" which is 100% true. It becomes a game. Either they will say "I am not feeling it" or I will just know it's not the "one" and do our obligatory viewing and leave. The key to buying or selling a home has so many elements to it. It is stressful, selling, you will wonder "what did they think" or "Any Feedback?" There are times you will get it and times you just do not. It's all about price and how well the home was prepared for the market. Staging is so important, it takes several hours to get a home market ready regardless of what you have in it, some things have to go and some things need to be added. When buying a home, first step is choosing your lender wisely. Of course I help with that, however some buyers think they should go where they do their "banking" however follow my lead, I work with lenders who communicate with me daily, if there is an issue we will know asap.
