For me, real estate isn’t just about closing a transaction. It’s about listening, putting my clients first, and building relationships that last long after the keys change hands. I’ve lived in Colorado most of my life and have called Littleton and Columbine Valley home for more than 40 years. I grew up here, raised my family here, and have lived in several area neighborhoods, giving me local knowledge that goes well beyond real estate. I’ve been a Realtor with RE/MAX Professionals since 2013 and consistently rank among the company’s top producers. I’ve helped hundreds of buyers and sellers, with experience in luxury homes, downsizing, relocation, new construction, investment properties, and move-up buyers. Before real estate, I built my career in marketing, including serving as Marketing Manager for Chipotle during its early growth. That background shaped me into a creative, outside-the-box thinker and still influences how I market homes today. I personally help prepare and stage my listings so they show at their best. I also have a knack for seeing what a property could be, not just what it is. Whether it’s new paint, different furnishings, or rethinking a layout, I can often see possibilities others miss. That helps sellers better position their homes and buyers recognize overlooked opportunities. Most importantly, my clients can expect honesty. I won’t push someone into a decision just to make a sale. I’ll give you my honest opinion, even when it could mean losing the deal. Earning your trust is more important to me than earning a commission. I’m hands-on, responsive, patient, approachable, and calm when things get complicated. As an empty nester who recently downsized myself, I also understand the emotional and practical side of starting that next chapter. My approach is simple: listen first, tell you the truth, advocate for what’s best for you, and work hard on your behalf. My goal is to become the Realtor you trust and call for years to come.
