I’ve spent the last 10+ years in real estate, listing and selling hundreds of homes, land parcels, commercial properties, and yes… even floating homes throughout Cowlitz and Lewis Counties. I’m a Longview native, and long before real estate, I built my career in the local construction industry. That hands-on background means I don’t just look at properties—I understand how they’re built, how they age, and what really matters once you get past the surface. I’ve worked in thousands of homes over the years, which gives me an inside perspective most agents simply don’t have. Outside of real estate, I’ve spent many years bartending for a local catering company, working events and fundraisers at the Cowlitz Regional Conference Center.
