Dawn Mollichella, was born and raised in Delaware County and has been a West Chester resident for 16years. She has used her knowledge of the Delaware Valley and her passion for her work and her clients to successfully assist buyers in finding their perfect homes and getting sellers top dollar for their homes

Dawn is dedicated to excellent customer service, and is an experienced negotiator, and it shows in her glowing client testimonials as well as her production. Prior to entering real estate, she was a banquet manager for 15 years. The combination of that experience, and her attention to detail has resulted in success for the dozens of clients she has served.
When she’s not serving her clients, Dawn enjoys working out, drag racing with her husband and spending time with her children and grandchildren
