Pursuing excellence is the goal for the award winning LokenTeam! Whether marketing listings or representing our buyers our nearly 30 years of experience shows proven success. Working beside my daughter/partner, Hope Klein, and team members Jennifer, & Karen has resulted in many awards for service & satisfied clients. Hope and I have achieved the sought after "Masters in New Construction" designation, assisting new home buyers in designing that perfect home, choosing the perfect homesite & amenities that meet their needs within a personal budget. WE serve not only residential buyers/sellers but also agricultural farms & land, commercial and investor clients with outstanding success & long-term business relationships. It has been our pleasure to come along side clients to fulfill their dreams in one of the most important decisions of their lives. Whether selling or purchasing a home, farm, business or investment, personal care and attention to the unique needs of each person is the foundation of our service to YOU. On a personal note: I am married W/ 3 Grown Children, & 4 GRAND children. I Love to scuba dive & travel! Proud owner of a Rose Breasted Cockatoo, 'Kiwi' & the most adorable Maltese puppy dogs, 'Tiffany' & 'Teddy'. It has been my joy to travel as a speaker for Women's Connection Clubs, affiliated with Stonecroft Intl', sharing the Wonder of Faith in a Living God...where Life is always an adventure 'Beyond Imagination'!
