Our family team is here to help you! My wife Lisa and adult children David and Alex work with me to make sure we have the availability to accommodate our client's schedules. Over the years we have become intimately familiar with neighborhoods throughout Anne Arundel, Prince Georges, Calvert, Charles, Howard, and Baltimore Counties. We work with military families transferring in or out of the Ft. Meade and Andrews AFB areas, partnering with the VREB Military Network Benefits Program. We are also experts in helping people with the real estate side of the Probate process. It can feel overwhelming having a property to dispose of and we take our fiduciary duty seriously, working with you to get the best situation possible. Sometimes it it makes sense to sell a house "as-is" and other times some cosmetic remodeling can maximize your profits. We work in conjunction with contractors, estate sale companies, clean out crews and investors to help you move forward in difficult situations. We also love to help first-time buyers negotiate sometimes complicated transactions so that they can own a piece of the American Dream!
