About Me
Dave was born and raised right here in Colorado, Fort Collins to be exact. After graduating from Rocky Mountain High School he spent time attending CSU before leaving on a 2 year mission trip for his church in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
Upon returning he received a bachelors degree in finance with a minor in Russian in 2013 from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
Dave joined The Alan Smith Team at RE/MAX Professionals in 2013. Since joining the team he has achieved a high level of success within the real estate industry including RE/MAX’s Hall Of Fame award in 2019.
Dave finds the most joy in serving his clients and helping them achieve their real estate goals. He has found great success in getting top dollar for his sellers and negotiating great deals for his buyers in a competitive market.
In his free time Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids. He also spends time mountain biking, practicing Taekwondo, and participating in water sports.
