Licensed since 1994, I have been through the ups and downs of the Real Estate market. The first phase of my career was spent specializing in every facet of the new construction market. It was fast and furious and a great time to be in Real Estate. As the new construction market slowed, I successfully transitioned into the other areas including residential resale, vacant land, farms, lake homes and commercial properties.
