As a proud Vermont native and lifelong resident, I have a strong connection to this community—it’s where I’m raising my three children, Jenna, Molly, and Tyler, and where I’m honored to help clients buy and sell homes every day. I graduated from Saint Michael’s College in 1998, and that foundation helped shape the work ethic and values I bring to my business. For over 25 years, I was involved in managing and operating my family’s portfolio of six hotels and more than 500 rental units. That experience gave me a deep, practical understanding of real estate, investments, and property operations long before I became a Realtor. My passion for architecture and design naturally led me into residential real estate, where I’ve built a successful career helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence. After leading The Darcy Handy Group, I partnered with Jolene Greene and Brandon Fowler to launch Elite Real Estate Partners, where we’ve built a strong team of talented agents and support staff committed to exceptional service. In addition to helping clients, I’ve spent the past decade investing personally in real estate—owning rental properties, developing land, building new construction homes, operating short-term rentals, and renovating properties for resale. I don’t just work in real estate—I live it. I hold certifications including PSA, CELA, and CBDA, along with designations such as C2EX, ABR, SRS, and e-PRO, so my clients always receive knowledgeable, strategic guidance.
