About Me

My singular goal is to make every client a client for life. As a successful, full-time REALTOR, I have extensive knowledge of the Southeastern Massachusetts area and have seen the ups and downs of the market. For the past 17+ years I have helped many families either find the home that is right for their lifestyle and investment or sell their home to the right buyer. With a strong foundation of inventory, I am able to evaluate market conditions and determine the right course of action for both buyers and sellers. I act as an advocate for my clients and take the trust they place in me very seriously. I like to make sure my clients receive added value at every turn, and with strong negotiating skills I can deliver a better outcome on both sides of the closing table. For my Buyers, I listen to what is important to you and have the experience to find the home that will meet your lifestyle needs. For my Sellers, I like to take an individualized approach, knowing that each home has special aspects that will appeal to its ideal buyer. My Sellers’ homes are marketed extensively using a multiple of online tools including various websites and social media. I maintain a strong referral base and I like to think that is a result of my professionalism and the high quality of service I give my clients. I am married to my best friend, Bill and I am the proud mother of four children, three step-children... and I am known as "Birdie" to my grandchildren, Annabelle and Brody. I love to cook, bake, antique, and read (preferably on the beach!).
