Connecting with people and learning what is important to them is what I do. Once I know the seller/buyer concerns, I can address the issues that pertain to them as individuals. Buying and selling a home is not the same exact process for everyone.
Clients appreciate that I have resources to help them spruce up their yard, paint, update, and stage their home in preparation for selling. I have a good eye for what needs to be done and what does not. They also appreciate that I know the decisions are not up to me. I advise and guide.
To many, the paperwork is seemingly endless! Throughout the process I will be there to help you understand the terms, and language of the contract, disclosures and inspections.
Whether you will be buying a home, selling, or both, you may likely need to have home inspections. I will, if you’d like, make the appointments with those professionals I know and respect. And, I will be there with you through the inspections so you can be sure you understand the condition of the home before making decisions.
As your Realtor, I will work directly with the lender and escrow officer to make sure your contract stays on track. We all work for you together as a team. Time is of the essence in a purchase agreement and it is my responsibility to be sure all the service providers are in sync for you. This insures that when hiccups may arise, we are aware, and take the action necessary to stay on track.
Selling and/or buying your home(s) can be an emotional and stressful time. There are many important decisions to make. My experience in and out of real estate helps me be the Realtor to guide you through that process.
