I have lived in Southern Minnesota since 1975 and enjoy our small, tight knit community. Faith based decision making has always led me in the right direction. Following Jesus Christ is obviously the most important aspect of day to day life. That being said, I love showing, listing, selling, negotiating and even moving homes of all sizes and price ranges. Whether it be residential, commercial or agricultural properties, I have the knowledge and experience to answer all the tough questions and handle all the sometimes complicated issues that arise in the real estate world. South Central Minnesota is basically where I have the most market knowledge. I also own the local moving company for a "one stop shop" scenario when searching for a new home or business.
