Passionate about real estate, Daniel Ashley and his loving family have been immersed in the industry since 2012. Inspired by the book “The Total Money Makeover” by Dave Ramsey, Daniel and his family took a significant turn in their lives, diving into the world of real estate. Their journey began with joining the Fortune Builders Inner Circle Group, a prominent real estate education community founded by the stars of A&E’s hit TV show, “Flip This House.” This venture prompted the creation of their own thriving real estate investment company, which continues to flourish today.
In 2015, Daniel was spotlighted on Kansas City’s Fox 4 News Station for a remarkable restoration of an 1889 historic home at 901 S Austin St in Oak Grove, MO. The home, initially in a dilapidated state and at the brink of demolition, was not only saved but also discovered to have a cherished family connection.
Currently leading “The Ashley Team” at RE/MAX Heritage of Blue Springs, MO, Daniel holds esteemed designations including “SRS” (Seller Representative Specialist), “ABR” (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and “RENE” (Real Estate Negotiations Expert).
