About Me
Dania is described by her teammates as being trustworthy, patient, and a hard worker! She is one of our longest tenured agents with hundreds of sales under her belt. Her goal is to provide every seller and buyer with knowledgeable and prompt service and to guide them to a successful closing. She has extensive experience in pricing, marketing, and negotiating. She loves serving our clients, which include first time home buyers and sellers, members of our military, government officials, and professional athletes. She has earned her LHMS and CRS designations and continues to strive for excellence through education. Because of her luxury designation and experience, she is often called on to help many of our luxury and waterfront sellers. She is also bilingual and serves our Spanish speaking community and international sellers! She values trust, integrity, and family. In her spare time, Dania enjoys date nights with her husband and volunteering at their church. Her husband is employed by the Hillsborough County Fire Rescue as a lieutenant; together they absolutely love serving this community and making a difference.
