The Dan Wolf Team / Associate Broker | License# #9030
Dan was born in Palmer, Alaska. Growing up on a farm, he learned very early in life the basic values of starting early each day, planning and prioritizing the day to make the most of it, doing what he says he is going to do, and making every effort to finish the job before calling it a day.
The work ethic his parents and grandparents taught him has served Dan well in his illustrious real estate career. He began as a full time Realtor in Anchorage 35 years ago, in 1983, and for the past 20 or so years has consistently been one of the top producing real estate professionals in Anchorage; on average Wolf Real Estate Professionals sell about 12 homes per month. Dan is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and has completed specific classes to better assist buyers and sellers. Additionally, he is a preferred broker for transferring ConocoPhillips, BP, and Halliburton people and has helped many move both into and out of Anchorage.
Dan is married to Kristi and has three children: Corene, who lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and kids; Ryan, who lives and works in NYC; and Cody, who recently graduated a gap year in Bible school and is now in his first year learning diesel mechanics at United Technical School (UTI) in Avondale, Arizona.
In addition to working hard, Dan believes it’s important to play! He has a wide range of hobbies, including skeet shooting, downhill skiing, Harley Davidson motorcycles, and photography. He is an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction, and he starts almost every day with a bike ride (traditional mountain biking in the summer, fat tire biking in the winter).
Dan looks forward to meeting you and helping you however he can. Expect exceptional service!
