Hello My name is Cynthia Preshion. I am a native of Chicago. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to invest in real estate in the beautiful city of Chicago. My husband and I have been landlords for over 15 years. I have a background of working as a Mortgage Loan Officer/Processor and I later became the manager of the Loan dept for a credit union for several years. I earned a college degree at SDSU and I became a Registered nurse. I consider caregiving and instilling hope in others as a privilege and its definitely part of me. I am grateful to have spent time years giving back to others as a missionary on the windward islands throughout the years. I am still very active in my community encouraging others and giving emotional and spiritual support. I have opened another chapter in life, caring for a parent and enjoying the journey of selling Chicago's homes. I am smart. I have very good work ethics, and integrity. I have always had a good sense of business and a good eye for real estate. My specialty in real estate is 2-4 family, and commercial properties. Of, course I welcome other opportunities such as first-time buyers too. I enjoy seeing all the different kinds of architecture that Chicago has to offer.
