My first career…USMC retired. Yes, I have experience and knowledge of the various programs available to help veterans with their real estate needs. First licensed as a Florida sales associate Realtor in 1992 and worked at a Century 21 office in Coral Springs, FL. A few years later came home to Port St Lucie continuing as an agent with a local Century 21 office and delved into the local market. In 1998 qualified for my Florida Real Estate Broker license and became Broker/Owner of two Century 21 franchises for the next 15 years. Since selling them I’ve been a Broker-Associate with RE/MAX Masterpiece for over 15 years. Being a native of St. Lucie county with decades of experience and knowledge of the local real estate market has enabled me to successfully help hundreds of families to buy and sell homes. And hundreds more with rentals or property management of investment properties. My services have covered single family homes, town homes, villas, condos, new construction, rentals and property management of rental investment properties, vacant land, gated communities, non-HOA homes, 55+ communities, the various neighborhoods in Tradition, St. Lucie West, Verano/PGA and Torino. Past President, Realtor Association of St. Lucie and recipient Realtor of the Year and their Distinguished Service Award. Past President of the local chapter Women’s Council of Realtors. These leadership roles are indicative of a reputation of dependability and trustworthiness. Giving back to my community by building homes with Habitat for Humanity and with the Realtor Association created a non-profit Attainable Housing Foundation providing monetary assistance to lower income families purchasing a home.
