Thanks for your consideration. I was licensed in 2003 and have been working as a full-time Realtor with RE/MAX since day 1. My philosophy is built upon building relationships with my clients through the home buying/selling process and thereafter. I am a Children's Miracle agent meaning I make a donation to Children's Hospital in Washington, DC to help the kids while hospitalized. For my sellers, I offer a combination of both a digital and print advertising including a dedicated property website with a text for information service. I use a professional photographer for all my listings too. After meeting, we will discuss the benefits of staging and conducting a pre-listing inspection as a means reducing stress between contract and the home inspection. For both my buyers and sellers, I offer recommendations to licensed professionals throughout the process and after.
I am an active member of the MD Legislative Committee and the GCAAR Public Policy Committee to advocate on behalf of homeowners to support legislation that is homeowner friendly.
