Hi, I’m Courtney Vance Holder, REALTOR® with RE/MAX Southern Realty! ❤️🏡 I’m a wife, a mom to two amazing girls, a woman of faith, and a full-time REALTOR® who has been blessed to serve my community for the past 10 years. Real estate isn’t just a job to me. It’s a career I genuinely love. I get to walk alongside people during some of the biggest moments of their lives—buying their first home, selling a home filled with memories, relocating, investing, or simply starting a new chapter. Being from this area gives me a special appreciation for the communities I serve. I love helping people right here at home, and I’ve built my business on relationships, honesty, hard work, and treating people the way I would want my own family to be treated. Over the years, I’ve been incredibly grateful to have my hard work recognized by RE/MAX: 🏆 RE/MAX Executive Club — 2018, 2021, 2024 & 2025 🏆 RE/MAX 100% Club — 2022 & 2023 I’m proud of those awards, but they aren’t what define my success. For me, success is a past client calling me years later because they’re ready to move again. It’s someone trusting me enough to refer their family or friends. And it’s knowing that I did everything I could to help my clients reach their goals. My faith and my family keep me grounded, and I’m incredibly thankful for the career God has blessed me with and for every person who has trusted me along the way. When you work with me, you can expect me to be straightforward, responsive, knowledgeable, and fully invested in helping you make the best decision for you and your family. Whether you’re ready to buy or sell, or you simply have questions about the market, I’d love the opportunity to help. Courtney Vance Holder, REALTOR® RE/MAX Southern Realty 📱 (910) 417-9895 ❤️ Faith. Family. Real Estate. And a community I’m proud to call home
