A true born and raised Colorado native, Courtney understands the numerous intangible benefits of living in Colorado - from its unmatched four seasons with the beauty of the aspen tree fall colors and snow topped Rocky Mountains, to the strong diversity and culture. Being a native to Northern Colorado, Courtney knows the ins and outs of the local communities and surroundings which will help you make an informed decision in finding the home of your dreams or help you get top dollar when selling.
Courtney has an energetic approach to real estate which allows her to provide a high level of customer service to every client, strives to be a trusted real estate advisor and is committed to your success. When Courtney is not holding open houses or searching for the perfect property, she is a proud wife and stepmom to two daughters and enjoys spending time with her family on one of the numerous lakes Colorado offers, traveling and dedicating time to bettering the lives of children in Meru, Kenya through her work with non-profit Changing Lenses, Changing Lives.
Courtney currently sits on the Board of Directors for Changing Lenses, Changing Lives (CLCL). In 2019, had the opportunity to travel to Meru, Kenya to visit the children and families sponsored through the education and feeding programs CLCL offers.
